Vignana Kendra turned out to be a smart choice. Buses are frequent and commute is smooth most days. The area is not too noisy, and rent is reasonable for the space you get. Basic shops and clinics are close by.

Bought a small flat here in 2021. This area has stable demand from families and working people. It’s not a fast-growth location but safe for long term returns. Good access to public transport and some schools around add value.

Moved here for a job in Peenya. Staying with a friend. The location is quiet and not too far from the industrial areas. No fancy cafes but there are small local places to eat. Water supply has been consistent. Feels like a good place to stay long term.

Living here for 6 years now. The place is quiet and neighbours are decent. We have basic shops and a nice park nearby. Nothing fancy, but very livable. Area has improved over time with better drainage and cleaner streets.

I am from Mysore and picked this area for my second property. Vignana Kendra may not be flashy, but it has reliable tenants and low vacancy. It’s close enough to important hubs without being too crowded. Water and electricity are stable.
