I invested in a commercial property here and my shop does decent business due to steady local crowd. The challenge is unauthorized street vendors.

Living here is budget-friendly. I get 2BHK at half the rent of central suburbs. However, water supply issues during summer are frequent.

This locality is very convenient for daily travel to Thane. Has auto and share taxi options but no metro connectivity yet.

Property rates here are stable and rental yield is good, however, there is not much demand from premium buyers.

Visited Ulhasnagar for a family function. Loved the lively streets and the local shopping culture, especially the clothes and utensils markets. However, traffic congestion was unbearable during peak hours.

We have been living here for 25 years. Community is safe and familiar but encroachments on roads are increasing.

I live near the train station as it eaiser for me to go to my office. Though the rent is a bit high but it makes it eaiser to travel.

Finding tenants is simple because of nearby commercial activity. Rent rates aren’t very high, but they’re consistent.

Investing here is safe because demand never really drops. The rental market is strong, and property values move upward slowly.

The community is close-knit, and basic facilities are good. Some older areas need to be better to make the appretiation shoot up.

There’s steady demand for rentals, especially from families and small business owners and this demand is very consistent.
