Comfortable area and close to basic things. Mumbai central is walking distance. The problem is the narrow lanes

rent is reasonable for the flats and day to day utilities are cheap too. There are many affordable food shops and kirana stores

If you want a peaceful area, this is not it. It's too crowded and noisy even on inner lanes. Markets are close by so that could be a part of the reason.

Being a college student, this place is affordable. I live in nearby area in an apartment and everything is close by. there's a public library as well and so many eateries and hangout spots. Good locality

Have rented my property to students. demand is great because of the colleges and malls around. families also prefer this place as it's close to schools and hospitals too. it can do better as there aren't many premium housing options with modern amenities which can affect the long term value
