Sanjay Nagar is a peaceful and well-established residential area in Northern Bangalore with easy access to schools, hospitals, parks, and daily essentials like groceries, vegetable and supermarkets nearby. It is well-suited for families, working professionals, and senior citizens. The area is well-connected to Manyata Tech Park (8km) and New BEL Road (2km). Traffic congestion during peak hours. Connectivity via bus is available but metro access is still developing, the locality remains safe, green, and friendly making it a best option for long-term living and investment.

Living in Sanjaynagar is great because it has an old Bangalore charm with lots of green trees. I stay near the Radhakrishna Temple and can easily walk to local shops and cafes

During the monsoons the stormwater drains tend to choke up near the lowlying layouts. We have had to do minor waterproofing on our ground floor to prevent dampness.
