The area is good and you feel a lot secure here. But there are very less grocery stores and basic shops nearby.

Property value has been growing slowly, and the area is known for its disciplined layout. The lack of nearby business hubs is the only real limitation.

RWF West Colony is quiet and green, with wide roads and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s great for families but the area feels a bit cut off after dark

The colony is well-planned and not too crowded. My only complaint is that it lacks proper public transport access.

It’s easy to get daily essentials nearby. Still, the lack of a proper sewage system causes minor flooding during heavy rains.

Everything is good here and what I don't like is the garbage collection, which is inconsistent and sometimes leaves bad smells around.

I invested here because of the clean environment and calm locality. The area has good potential, but civic issues like garbage and drainage need to be better.

This is a safe area but public transport is very bad here.
