Rukmini Nagar is perfect for me. Decent rent, close to the Outer Ring Road. Buses are regular. It's not too crowded, which I like. No malls, but local shops do the job.

Been here 7 years. Community is good, very homely. We have a park nearby. Shops are within reach. Bit of a traffic mess during peak time, but manageable.

Picked up a plot last year. Prices are still decent, but rising slowly. It’s close to industrial hubs and that keeps rental demand steady. Long-term gain looks promising.

Living here for 6 months. Roads are patchy, and traffic in the evening is hectic. Rent is okay. Few options for food or hanging out. You’ll need your own vehicle to manage.

Own a house here but don’t live in it. Rent is okay, but drainage is a headache during rains. Still, safe area and tenants prefer staying long term.
