About Rajajinagar

Rajajinagar is one of the popular neighborhoods located in the north-western part of Bengaluru. The Rajajinagar pincode is 560010, and it is close to well-known localities, such as Mahalakshmipuram, Bovi Colony, Basaveshwaranagar, Malleshwaram, and Manjunath Nagar. The locality got its name after the prominent freedom fighter and Governor-General of India, C. Rajagopalachari, who is nicknamed Rajaji. Rajajinagar was initially constructed as a residential spot featuring independent houses and apartment complexes. Later, it transformed into one of the major industrial and commercial hubs of the city featuring markets, shops, and business establishments.

Rajajinagar is a centrally located and well-developed part of Bangalore. It has good schools, hospitals, supermarkets and excellent connectivity via metro access. The area is peaceful, safe, and good for families and working people. Property prices are rising due to high demand and limited space and major construction needs some redevelopment. However, traffic and parking can be a problem, especially during peak hours.

Super and No 1 locality near to all malls and city Center fastest growing area

It's very good area. parks and cafes are close to my apartment, and there's always some fun events happen like book launches and book clubs so it's very vibrant

Rent is fine here, much reasonable for the convenience. metro is within 1 km. railway stations are close too. traffic can be bothersome sometimes during morning hours

Great area for students and professionals. My brother and I have rented a flat in 9th main road near 1522. It's very close to the metro and other things like hospitals and malls. there have been no major issue so far

It's one of the premium areas of Bangalore. many historical and religious places are nearby which attracts lots of tourists. The area is safe, clean and very lively

Property values have held up because of retail and office developments nearby. rental demand is very beneficial for me as i have given my two properties on rent. the roads are busy and can be a bit noisy, otherwise it's good
