I invested in an under-construction apartment close to Rachenahalli Lake. Construction is on schedule, and demand seems to be rising. I believe the area is ideal for mid-term holding due to proximity to ORR and future infrastructure projects but waste management is poor here.

I’ve rented a 2BHK near Rachenahalli Lake for eight months and like the area. It is a peaceful locality, situated just 15 minutes from Manyata Tech Park. Grocery shops and pharmacies are within walking distance. Two things I dislike about this area is that the area is very much congested and water logging is a persistent problem here.

I own a 3BHK flat in Rachenahalli. We bought it in 2018 and have rented it out since. Proximity to Manyata Tech Park ensures consistent demand. Area is quiet, and tenant turnover has been minimal so far but the lake over flows in the rainy season and causes severe problems. My tenants have complained about this and I really don't know how to manage this.

Staying in Rachenahalli gives me easy access to Hebbal and Thanisandra. My apartment has a view of the lake. The area is calm with good roads and frequent cab availability. However, limited nightlife options might disappoint some.

Visited a friend living near Rachenahalli Lake. The lake has walking paths, fresh air, and bird watching area. The streets are not that clean though.

I shifted to my own 2BHK flat here in 2022. The society is peaceful with a community vibe. Maintenance costs are manageable. Local vendors deliver groceries, and you don’t need to step out often. However, inner roads are very narrow and you won't find parking spaces easily there.
