Came to Bangalore from Mangalore last year. Staying here in a 1BHK with two friends. Location is peaceful, and autos are easily available. It’s not flashy, but has that typical Bangalore feel. Water supply is regular, and shops are nearby. We even found a decent gym close to our street.

I bought a flat in Prashanth Nagar back in 2016. Property rates have gone up slowly but steadily. Rental demand is healthy due to nearby industrial areas and colleges.

Came here for a client visit. Roads are a bit congested during office hours, but manageable. Lots of local buses and autos around. It’s not a posh area, but I didn’t have any trouble navigating or finding food and tea shops.

Built my house here 7 years ago. My daughter’s school is just a few lanes away. The locality is clean and calm. Water and power supply are steady. A few new apartments have come up, but it’s still not over-crowded.

I shifted here last year since my office in Peenya is nearby. The commute is short, and BMTC buses are frequent. Rents are within budget, and the area feels safe. Not too fancy, but very functional. Lot of small eateries and medical shops around. Decent place for working professionals.
