I like the locality for its simplicity. There are plenty of schools and hospitals around but the lack of shopping areas is a big issue.

My family has lived here for over 20 years. The place hasn’t changed much.

The area is more old-school but functional and is a good place if you want peace and connectivity.

The area seemed lively and well-managed an definitely feels like a close-knit community.

I have never had trouble getting tenants. There are good schools, Jtemples, and markets nearby.

Compact and well-connected, two railway stations within 2 km and metro not far either. Rents are steep but that is western suburbs Mumbai for you. Family-friendly feel, civic amenities are decent, and the area stays relatively calm inside.

Poisar has a proper residential character that is hard to find in Mumbai at this price point. Hospital nearby, good schools around, railway and metro both accessible. Bought here for the long term and no regrets at all.

Kandivali and Borivali business hubs are a short ride. Central Line and Western Line both accessible from here. IT parks nearby cover most office commute needs. One of the more convenient western suburb addresses for working professionals.

Been here for years and Poisar has kept its neighbourhood feel despite all the development around it. Civic upkeep is decent, roads inside are manageable. Parking is getting tighter though. Otherwise still a comfortable place to live.

Good schools nearby and the area feels safe. Not too congested inside. Works well for families.

Strong rental demand from professionals commuting to Kandivali and Borivali keeps vacancy low here. Railway and metro both accessible. Premium western suburb pricing is well supported by the fundamentals. Consistent performer in this Mumbai belt.

Easy on the railway from Kandivali or Borivali. Calm and residential once inside, very different from the busier western suburb pockets nearby. Raghuleela Mall handles most things if you need something quickly.

PACE Junior College and Thakur Shyamnarayan College are close. Living in Poisar feels surprisingly settled for a student area, less chaotic than Andheri or Dadar. PG rents are high but the locality is safe and the train connectivity saves time daily.

Raghuleela Mall nearby brings decent weekend activity and the residential density keeps daily essentials trade steady. Swami Vivekananda Road handles most movement. Inner lanes are tight and parking during busy hours is always a challenge near the commercial stretch.

Quiet inside the colony, hospital close by, railway station not far for when you need to travel. Mornings are calm and walkable in most stretches. One of the more comfortable and well-maintained western suburb pockets at this stage of life.
