Parvathipuram feels very peaceful. Morning walks near Lalbagh Botanical Garden are the best part. Metro from National College Metro Station is just a short walk. Everything is nearby, and the locality feels very safe.

Good place for working professionals who prefer calm surroundings. Roads like Krishna Rajendra Road connect easily to main areas. I visit Shri Doddabasavanna Temple in the evenings. The area is clean and well maintained.

The area has greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Daily walks near Lalbagh are part of our routine. Roads are decent, and everything is nearby.

Parvathipuram is safe but not very fast-growing. It connects well to V V Puram and Mavalli. Families prefer this area due to educational institutions like National Degree College. Rental demand is consistent.

Nice locality, but a bit too quiet for my lifestyle. Not many modern cafes or hangout spots nearby. Travel is easy with metro access, but traffic builds up near Lalbagh Fort Road sometimes. Hospitals like Victoria Hospital are close though.

Getting an auto from Parvathipuram to the National College metro station is a daily pain, they always demand extra money. Rent is okay for this location but lanes are very narrow.

Everything is close by here, honestly. I just walk down to Sajjan Rao circle if I need groceries or food. The area is quite safe even if you walk around late.

There is absolutely no space for kids to play on the streets here. Cars are parked everywhere on the narrow roads near Parvathipuram junction and traffic moves so roughly.

Namma Metro makes life very easy if you stay around Parvathipuram. I just take a quick walk to the station. Finding car parking on the road is impossible though, better to have a bike.

Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning, so we have to store it daily. But the location is central and getting buses from the main road towards Majestic is very easy.

Lalbagh west gate is very close, so mornings are sorted for walking. The inside lanes are calm, but evening traffic on the main cross roads gets loud with too much honking.

Visiting friends here is a nightmare because of the garbage dumped near the street corners. The drains smell so bad during rains and roads are completely blocked with parked bikes...

Properties near Parvathipuram have high demand because it is right next to Basavanagudi. Houses are small and old, but rental income is steady since students and working guys prefer this area.

The PG streets here are so cramped and noisy. Food options are plenty near VV Puram side, but the dust from the heavy traffic on the main road makes walking unbearable.

Doing business here is great because of the footfall. Customers come easily as the area connects to major spots, though unloading stock in the afternoon is tricky due to narrow lanes.

Real Estate Market Trends and the Rental Demand in Parvathipuram

Parvathipuram property price currently ranges between Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 16,000 per sq ft, maintaining its status as a high-value heritage pocket. Average monthly rentals for 2 BHK independent floors are Rs. 32,000. The locality has seen a consistent 15.5% YoY growth in capital values. Appreciation is primarily driven by its proximity to the National College Metro Station and the cultural legacy of Gandhi Bazaar. Increased demand for redevelopment into boutique apartments and the area's relative silence compared to commercial Basavanagudi bolster prices. However, limited supply of new inventory and scarcity of large residential plots restrict the volume of fresh transactions.

As of May 2026, the rental price for serviced apartments ranges from Rs. 6,500 to Rs. 35,000, which can go higher, depending on the property type and location.
