I work near Richmond Road, and Sudhama Nagar is super convenient. Can get to work in 15 minutes by auto. It’s an old locality, but very livable. Plenty of small shops, medical stores, and tiffin places. Rent is a bit higher than outskirts, but location makes up for it. Feels safe even at night.

We’ve been living in Sudhama Nagar for 12 years. It’s an old-school Bangalore neighbourhood, lots of small lanes, local bakeries, and long-time residents. Everything you need is walkable. Road quality has improved, though parking remains an issue. Still, it’s very safe and close to major hospitals and schools.

I bought a small flat in Sudhama Nagar 10 years back. Rented it out ever since. Never faced vacancy issues. Location sells itself. Close to major hospitals, market areas, and colleges. Property prices have gone up steadily. It's an old Bangalore locality, so very dependable for rental income.

Been staying here for 6 months with my husband. He works in Jayanagar, and I freelance from home. Sudhama Nagar has good hospitals, banks, and decent restaurants. Everything is close by.

Was looking for an investment that would give consistent rent. Sudhama Nagar has older buildings, but the tenant demand is always there. Lots of people want to stay near central Bangalore. It’s not a very fancy area, but it’s reliable and very functional. Hospitals and metro are nearby too.
