I’ve been living in Parappana Agrahara for 8 months now. It’s a calm neighbourhood, not too noisy, and close enough to Electronic City. I travel by bike, and the roads are mostly okay. Grocery shops, ATMs, and clinics are nearby, so daily life is easy.

Bought land here in 2015. That time it was mostly empty stretches, but now apartments and PGs are all around. Metro is still far off, but the ORR connection is useful. Area still needs better roads and sewage management though.

We shifted here when the area was just picking up. Now it’s filled with families, bachelors, and working couples. The vibe is friendly. Schools and clinics are not far, and shops are plenty. Streets are a bit dusty, but otherwise manageable.

I picked a 2BHK unit here as a rental investment two years ago. Returns are steady because of the demand from tech folks working in Electronic City. The area is in a mid-growth phase, the appreciation is visible.

What I like here is it’s not overly crowded. You still find local vegetable sellers and that typical neighbourhood vibe. Connectivity to Hosur Road is a plus. Water supply is decent. Only issue is dusty roads during summer, and drainage smells in some pockets.

I own a flat here and live with my kids. It’s mostly peaceful, especially on interior lanes. There's a park nearby, and we do morning walks. Locality is getting better slowly.
