Living here since last year. Some parts need development like proper street lighting and waste managemnt. The lane I live in is poorly lit and garbage collection is not regular so it becomes unhygienic
The best part is the top malls and cafes near this area. Almost walking distance. metro is also within 1-2 km radius
It has a mixed-use environment. Both residential and commercial spaces have increased the demand and property rates since last year. I am also experiencing good rental yield from the property I have rented out near Hotel Alfa suites
