Great area for those regularly travelling. local trains are nearby and there are frequent buses.inner lanes have good old bakeries and multiple small south indian cafes

It's a mix of old buildings and new apartments. older buildings have limited modern facilities but they are cost effective. streets are quiet usually.

it's a student friendly area. My college is in walking distance from my flat and there are many schools and colleges around the corner. there are local parks but still it feels there's not enough open spaces and parks

Not a high-end area but still retains value. Potential is high because of the connectivity and colleges nearby. there are limited business hubs but still students occupy the tenancy

I work as a professor in nearby college. I love this area mostly because of the tree-lined inner lanes and local parks around. There are tiny cafes and bakeries which feels homely. Most famous one is Cafe Madras which everyone must visit. I wish to live here forever
