Sector 3 Airoli has a student crowd. So many schools and colleges around. A lot of food options too. But it also means huge traffic especially around Airoli Junction

I own two properties here and one is on rent to college kids. demand is good and stable. Civic infrastructure is catching up slowly so you will find a lot of potholes and waterlogging in some parts

The area is close to daily needs -- grocery stores, clinics, malls, etc. So, living here is pretty comfortable. It's also walking distance from my office in The IT hub and solution. The only limitation is the limited nightlife and high-end cafes.

Good rental options but poor civic amenities. Garbage disposals are irregular, which makes the area smelly and unhygienic. Some internal lanes have drainage issues which creates a mess during monsoon. Positive is that it's close to daily needs and IT offices.

This is a BDA-developed area and has structured roads and plotted layouts which makes it more organised. There are some things that need improvement like internal road layouts and drainage systems. But overlooking that, it's good for those looking for affordable and safe properties.

It's not very vibrant and posh like typical Bangalore, but works well for short-term rentals. I lived here for 6 months for a project, and loved the calm vibe. There's no cafe culture or nightlife here so it is usually quiet. Overall, a decent locality

Metro and other public transport networks make it a strong and developing area in Bangalore. I have two properties here which I've put on rent. The demand is strong due to affordability and IT offices connectivity. Roads are also fine.
