It is a nice residential area with easy access to metro and railway stations. However, it lacks high-end shopping malls or outlets. Otherwise, it's safe, convenient, and affordable.

Recently moved here for my job in Rajajinagar, and I like the area. It's not posh or aesthetic but offers all necessary facilities. You can have local supermarkets, bus stops, metro within a few kilometers.

I bought a 2 BHK here in 2022, and the prices have appreciated by 15% in the last year. It's a proftable area with good resale value, so investing here can be a good choice. Entry level property rates are also low, so good for first-time buyers.

I shifted here with my sister, and love the peaceful vibe. Bengaluru Palace is just 4 km away, and we visit there every once in a while. There are some museums and parks nearby as well, so it has a vibrant atmosphere.

When we visited Bangalore, we stayed in this area so we can explore some museums and historical places nearby. The Airbnb pricing was also cheap, so that was a plus. Bangalore Palace was within 5 km, and we also went to Tipu Sultan's Palace. The area was peaceful and very clean.

It feels quite safe in Milk Colony, and daily needs are easily managed. There are traditional markets as well as modern stores. Traffic is there, especially on main roads, but inside the locality it’s still manageable.

It has excellent connectivity and access to schools, markets, and hospitals. The community is well-established, which adds to the comfort. Over time, traffic has increased, but infrastructure has also improved.
