The area is close to many schools, hospitals and clinics which works for our family. But its very noisey and feels polluted

It's mostly ideal for commercial properties or renting purpose. I have leased my property here for a small office and the yield is decent. But roads need to be improved, it is still underdeveloped

The appreciation from this area is moderate but don't expect returns like residential zones. It's still developing and lacks many civic amenities. Mostly good for leasing purposes. Roi is fine for long-term only
