I moved to Mavallipura a year back. It’s a bit far from central Bangalore, but traffic is not crazy. I like the quiet vibe and greenery. There are a few local gyms and eateries. I do wish there were more late-night food joints and better streetlights at night.

The area is quiet, and I love the greenery around. Not many shops, but weekly markets arev nearby. For a simple life, it’s perfect.

The flat rent is quite affordable. My son’s school is a 20-min drive, and there’s a decent clinic nearby. Public transport options are limited. But honestly, after work stress, I really appreciate the calm and fresh air around.

My friend suggested this area for long-term rental plans. Roads are decent now, and there’s construction activity picking up.

I don’t stay here but rent my 2BHK flat. Tenants usually working folks who prefer low rents. Sometimes there’s power cut during rains.
