We’ve been living in Malleshpalya for over a decade. It’s developed a lot. Earlier it was more residential, now we see commercial shops, gyms, restaurants popping up. Still feels like a neighbourhood, not too crowded. I walk to the local park daily.

Bought an apartment in Malleshpalya in 2016. Back then it was still growing. Now the demand has picked up, especially among IT folks working nearby. Rental returns are decent, and appreciation has been steady. Area has good mix of families and working tenants.

Been here 6 months. I work near CV Raman Nagar, so commute is quick. Malleshpalya has medical stores, ATMs, even a few nice cafes. I feel safe living alone here. Roads are slightly congested, but manageable. Neighbours are friendly. I don’t need to go far for anything. A good budget-friendly option near tech parks.

I bought a flat here 7 years ago and rent it out now. Always have tenants, mostly people working in nearby tech companies. Location is convenient. Grocery shops, clinics, bus stops are within walking distance. Roads can get tight during peak time, but no major safety issues.
