This is not an ideal place to build a house. For temporary stays, it's fine. there's no transport facilities like metro or even railway station. no good malls or markets nearby. there are just lots of industrial warehouses and commercial zones. I stayed here when I was interning at a nearby primary school so it was close for me but there's hardly any social life.

Property rates are very low here compared to others. I built an apartment building here and have given it on rent. The returns are not great but mostly from worker families and bachelors.

It's a good area for budget oriented people building house. a bit far from the key places like hospitals and colleges but decent for peaceful living

It's not a premium area and has risks of investing. infrastructure is developing slowly but still the lack of proper transport links and social amenities makes it less livable for families

I am renting a 1 RK near Hanuman Mandir. It's cheap and close to my workplace. but there's so much noise and pollution due to industrial zones nearby.
