Madh offers good value and the area is slowly getting better with some new residential projects coming up. But the roads need cleaning especially during winter

Stopped by Madh to explore the locality but loved the peaceful vibe and friendly people but its too crowded. Would also prefer better transport access though.

Roads are narrow in places, and street lighting could be better. Still, feels safe overall for families.

There are shops and clinics nearby. The area needs more cafes or hangout spots, but it’s peaceful and budget-friendly.

I live in a 1BHK where the area is clean and quiet. Occasional waterlogging during heavy rains is a hassle.

I rented a flat in Raheja Exotica because I wanted a sea view without paying Juhu prices. The apartment complex feels like a resort but my commute to Andheri gets pretty hectic

very peaceful area but getting basic items delivered via food apps is practically impossible. There are no fancy supermarkets or bars nearby so I rely entirely on local Koli fish markets and small grocery shops.
