I’ve seen this village grow slowly over the years. Earlier, there was hardly any streetlight or bus access. Now roads are better, and more houses are coming up. People are friendly here. It's still quiet, and we like the slower pace of life.
Living here for about a year now. It’s not super developed but you get decent 1BHKs at low rent. There's a reliance on local shops for groceries, but big stores aren’t too far. My commute to work takes longer though, since there’s no metro here yet.
We have a ground-floor house we rent to a couple working nearby. There’s always some demand due to the industrial zone. Market isn’t booming, but it’s stable. Power supply and water are fine most of the time.
