Lallubhai Compound is a quiet residential colony in Govandi. there are good housing societies and apartments here. many parks and playgrounds nearby, so feels pleasant and safe

Lallubhai Compount has good apartments at reasonable rent. There are basic needs available easily like convenience stores and clinics, plus the buses are frequent to move around easily. But some market places are crowded and lanes could be a bit noisy in the evenings. Parking is also hassle sometimes

Inside lanes are pretty cracked. parking space is not enough on streets. some societies have parking but independent buildings and some apartments do not give enough space for 4 wheeler

The area has developed a lot in the last few years. It is close to metro, railway stations and airport too. Less congestion and more peaceful. But some buildings are very old and there's lack of green spaces.

It has affordable rental options but drainage is bad and smelly. Waterlogging is there during monsoon which makes it difficult to travel. Internal roads are in bad shape.

The metro access helps but the downside is the lack of proper garbage disposal which makes the area smelly and unclean most days.

Good locality and public transport facilities. Roads are good and provides access to other area via Sion-Panvel highway. Property rates are affordable too. Markets, ATMs, local stores are all close.
