As a tenant, I find the location good for professionals. I work in Indiranagar, and commuting is very easy for me.Rental options are much cheaper than Indiranagar. It's sometimes hard to find parking spots in some lanes, but it's rarely a problem for me. Waterlogging issues can be persistent.
