Write a Review

Kismat Nagar is mostly calm. Rent is within budget, especially compared to other Mumbai suburbs. Roads are okay, though internal lanes need better upkeep. Grocery shops and clinics are all nearby.

The area is fairly central and has regular bus service. It is not a premium locality. People working in Kurla and nearby areas often look for flats here. New constructions are slowly coming up. I feel it has long-term potential.

Kismat Nagar is fine if you are on a tight budget. The roads need repairs in some parts. The train station is far, so I mostly depend on buses. Not many cafes or restaurants nearby, just a few small eateries.

It’s not a posh area but quite practical. Everything you need is within walking distance like market, clinic and milk shop. Transport is fine, I use buses mostly. Roads are okay but some patches need repair.
