The area has good schools and hospitals which makes it an ideal residential area for families. Ambedkar Garden is also close by - perfect for recreation stuffs.

Infrastructure is solid but parking space is limited. Roads are congested a bit but overall atmosphere is pleasing.

Renting here is a bit expensive for me but the area is lovely. Cafes, restaurents, and malls are nearby so weekends are fun. Durga Puja festivals are always vibrant and energetic which I love the most about it. It makes me miss home lesser.

It's a safe area with regular police patroling. Internal lanes also feel safe due to bright lights and crowd. Security is good.

It's not a posh area but definietly feels like one. The rent is a bit cheaper than other high-end localities in Mumbai yet the quality of life is amazing. Basic amenities are within reach but can get a bit noisy if you live near main road.

This locality has lots of students crowd due to its educational institutions are very much closer to this area in here. The Roadways and connectivity is very much quite and calmer.

Busy but well-connected area to own a home. Demand is always there, and property values stay steady over time.
