Living in Jarimari is nice and the best part for me is how close it is to the Eastern Express Highway, getting to Andheri for work is usually smooth sailing. If I want something new to read I find myself often stopping at the Vipul Book House on Magan Nathuram Road, and I have a small park near my lane where I unwind in the evenings. While some portions can get noisy, the area is great and fits in with my routine well.

I’ve been staying in Jarimari for 8 months now. Rent is manageable, especially for a working guy like me. It's close to the Saki Naka area, which helps with commuting. Local trains are a bit far, but buses and autos are plenty. The area’s busy, but you get used to the noise. Grocery shops and food stalls are all around.

I have a flat that I rent to bachelors working nearby. Jarimari has always had strong rental demand. It’s not posh, but it’s active and well-connected. Auto stands are nearby, and shops stay open till late. Some streets need better cleaning, though.

I bought a 1BHK in Jarimari for rental income. Demand is always there because many working professionals look for budget places close to Andheri and Marol. It’s not a posh area, but the returns are stable. There’s scope for appreciation if infrastructure improves.

Jarimari is not fancy, but it’s convenient. I stay in a PG near the pipeline road. The area is always active, and I feel safe even when returning late from work. A lot of local eateries and tiffin services nearby. It gets a bit dusty due to traffic, though. Metro is a bit far but reachable with an auto.

I came to Jarimari to buy some fabric and household stuff. The market was very lively and full of options. Prices were reasonable. Roads were a bit crowded, and autos took time, but the local shops were very helpful. Busy area but full of energy.

Whats good about Jarimari

  • Social infrastructure like schools, hospitals, and transportation options
  • Surrounding employment hubs make it suitable for working professionals
  • Abundant open spaces and entertainment landmarks are within short drives
  • The property market offers value, with steady appreciation over the years

What can be improved about Jarimari

  • The increasing density could potentially strain civic amenities
  • The local governing body is constantly working to enhance infrastructure
  • More organised sector job opportunities and better maintenance are needed
