The area is far from the Mumbai chaos and its still developing. Rent is budget-friendly for students but going to metro station is a hassle.

Is quiet and green, especially near the Vikhroli stretch. Basic amenities are nearby, but daily commute takes time due to traffic.

Rent is budget-friendly for families and I like living here.

We’ve seen the area change gradually. It still has the old charm despite the development. I just wish they work on the drainage and waste systems.

I found the area to be chaotic though the visit wa short but still felt like it needs a lot of work .
