This is a great area with all utilities working fine, though drains need maintenance during monsoons

It’s peaceful with lots of greenery, but public transport is almost non-existent. You need a bike or car,.

My duplex here is rented out to a family working nearby. With connectivity improving slowly, I expect rental and resale values to rise over the next 5 to 7 years

A few things have been added to this loclaity recently such as streetlights, road signs, etc. This has made the area much compared to before. They also fixed the roads.

Though I am not from this area but I liked it here. If they could make all the roads better here than iot would be best.
