I’ve been staying in Ilyas Nagar for a year now. The rent is affordable, and the area is well-connected to major parts of the city. However, the roads are narrow, and traffic can be a hassle. Public transport is decent.

I invested in a property here a few years ago. The infrastructure is lacking, and the cleanliness issues need to be addressed. The property value has remained stable but hasn't appreciated much.

I’ve been living in Ilyas Nagar for over a decade. The community is close-knit, and everything is within walking distance. However, the roads are narrow.

The area is bustling with activity, and there are plenty of local shops. However, the roads are narrow, and traffic is often jammed. The cleanliness could be improved.

The locality is peaceful, and there are parks for morning walks. The streets are often filled with garbage, and the drainage system is poor

I have seen the area evolve over the years. The community is friendly, and there are schools and hospitals nearby.

Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning here but the pressure is good. The inside lanes near the local mosque are quite calm for walking during daytime. No major noise problems except when the main road traffic builds up in evening.

Travelling out from Ilyas Nagar in the morning is a massive pain. The road connecting towards Kanakapura main road is just blocked with traffic everyday, easily takes 20 minutes just to cross that patch. Getting an auto who agrees to go by meter is impossible RN.

Plenty of small food places and tea shops around the main street so food is sorted. The main issue is the garbage dumps on the corners, it smells bad when walking past. Rent for PGs here is like 7k which is okayish.

Decent place to stay if you want something budget friendly. Shops for daily groceries and medicines are just a short walk away. Streets are well lit at night so walking back from the bus stop feels safe enough, NGL.

Parking is a permanent headache in this area Customers have no place to park their bikes because the lanes are too narrow and choked. BBMP guys never clear the blocked drains properly, even a small rain floods the road. Truly fed up.

Very happy with the location because everything is close by. Can easily walk to the supermarket and local clinics within 5 minutes. The lanes are narrow but neighbors are quiet and the whole area has a nice peaceful vibe to it.

I come here every weekend and notice the main junction always has traffic chaos. Finding a spot to park my car is impossible, have to leave it far away. Inside streets are much better and have good small bakeries.

The roads here are very bad now, potholes everywhere. Walking on the street is risky because bikes just zoom past without caring about people. The dust from the main road enters the house all day, too much dust.

Area is okay but no proper parks nearby for walking Kids have to play in the building terrace only. Daily needs shops are right outside so that manages. Water supply depends on tankers sometimes in summer, costs around 800 rupees.

Rents are growing fast here, getting 15k for a standard 2BHK flat easily. Demand is high because the area is very close to Jayanagar and JP Nagar hubs. Good option for rental income, roads could be better though.
