The metro stations nearby like Yeshwanthpur and Sandal Soap Factory also help but the roads inside Gokula Extension are narrow and not well-planned for today’s vehicle density. Parking is a big issue.
it’s much more affordable than Rajajinagar or Malleswaram, but still just 10 minutes away. For working professionals like me, it’s a smart choice. But on the negative side, many rental houses here are decades old. Plumbing issues, broken tiles, and wiring problems are common unless the owner has renovated.
The locality has decent infrastructure, and property prices have been stable with gradual growth.
Being close to areas like Indian Institute of Science adds value and keeps occupancy high.
