I’ve lived here for 5+ years and never had major maintenance or security issues. While there aren’t malls or big stores inside the locality, everything is close enough.

Real estate prices have appreciated slowly but surely. I love the fact that we’re close to Banashankari and JP Nagar without dealing with their crowd and traffic.

I enjoy the peaceful evenings and tree-lined roads. Water supply is regular, and there are no power cuts usually.

Demand isn’t that high but it’s reliable, and its stable. If you're looking for a slow investment options with minimal vacancy risk, this place is worth considering.

I have access to parks, grocery stores, and it feels safe even at night. Public transport is kind of okay, but for daily commute two-wheeler is the best.

The area is quite good and affordable for working professionals and students to stay in closer to this area.
