This place is well connected to the work places. The transport connectivity is good. Market places are at walkable distance. It is very close to Phenix mall. Metro station is nearby.

The area feels safe and peaceful. IT hubs like Whitefield is not that far, which saves my time to commute regularly. Metro is a great help. I just don't like the ocassional water supply issues.

The demand for rental properties are high here and the price appreciation is good. The main reason for this could be the IT hubs nearby, especially the Bagmane tech park.

Good locality with tons of food options. Markets and hospitals are close by too and roads are also good. Traffic jams are common which can be frustrating.

Phoenix Marketcity is in this area so when I visited there, I found the place very crammed and crowded, probably because it was a weekend. But there were numerous cafes and restaurents nearby so it looked lively.

The apartment I live in is spacious and budget friendly but it's situated in the main road so becomes very noisy at times. In general, I like the area for its metro access which helps to commute easily without spending bucks on cabs and autos.
