I think Doddakannelli still needs a lot of development. The roads are poor and there is always traffic congestion. Besides this, it is too pricey. The only upside is that it is close to my workplace.

Good place to live for working professionals, close to major offices and also cafes/restaurants/breweries for a perfect weekend plan!

It’s still developing, but I like the mix of new apartments and greenery. Feels semi-urban. Roads are okay, and there’s less traffic than most places nearby. Feels like a hidden gem.

Affordable to enter, high potential for appreciation. Tenants working in nearby IT hubs prefer this area. Low vacancy rate and maintenance issues are minimal. Smart buy if you ask me.

I rented a 2BHK here recently and this area is quiet, not too crowded. Decent access to Sarjapur Road and ORR. Shops are still growing, but I love the peaceful vibe.

I moved here for a quieter life with family. Safe, green pockets around, and local vendors are friendly. It may not be flashy, but it’s incredibly liveable and well-connected.

Owning a house here means peace and convenience. Sarjapur Road is minutes away, yet we don’t deal with that daily madness. Property prices are holding strong, too.
