Kasavanahalli is a developing residential locality, situated in Eastern Bangalore, Karnataka. Its proximity to Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, and Outer Ring Road boosts its real estate potential and growth. The Kasavanahalli Bangalore pin code is 560035. The IT sector in Bangalore has led to tremendous growth in Kasavanahalli, which was previously a tiny hamlet. The neighbourhood has Wipro, Bosch, and Accenture, among other I.T. enterprises. Surrounded by popular areas, such as Junnasandra, Kaikondrahalli, Haralur, Doddakannelli, Kasavanahalli Bangalore is becoming one of the desirable locations for families.
Kasavanahalli has grown a lot. It is not too far from key areas like HSR and also has good budget friendly apartments. But parking is chaos inside lanes. What I wish for is better transport and connectivity
The traffic towards Bellandur road can be maddening but the location itself is great for techies. it is close to ecospace. There are good cafes nearby but the roads are very narrow and its overcongested
I stay near the Kasavanahalli Lake. the area feels peaceful and public transport is okay but most people here rely on cabs and autos.
I am renting 1 BHk here from the past 2 years mainly because my office is on sarjapur road. Although there is no major issue yet, i feel it has dull environment and lacks the high end lifestyle like in other parts of bangalore
Good Cafes and Pubs are there. Bus stand are easily accessible. Tech parks are there. Hospitals are easily accessible. Good schools and Shopping malls are there.
Small to large trees beside roads working as shade and providing greenery. The locality is peaceful. The market area has all kinds of shops including food stalls, restaurant, grocery, branded outlets. For fast e-commerce services, I get Flipkart Minutes, Instamart and others.
Kasavanahalli is a rapidly developing locality in Bangalore, known for its proximity to IT hubs like Electronic City and Sarjapur Road. It offers good residential options, schools, and connectivity, but faces traffic and infrastructure issues.
Locality has good proximity to hospital like Manipal and market is nearby as well. There are few good pubs & clubs also nearby like Vapour, Byg Brewski, Social etc.
Kasavanahalli is a great place to stay for people working in & near Sarjapur. It has ample parks, lakes, religious places, markets and other necessary amenities. Once away form the main road, the locality is quite calm and peaceful too
General stores, clinics, pharmacy, schools, cafes/ restaurants are all very accessible but since the road is narrower, it causes traffic congestion during morning and evening and weekends.
Its an upcoming locality connecting Sarjapur Village to Bellandur. The overall amenities have improved over the past 3-4 years. With a large number of apartments coming up on the road expect this to become a busting area with all sort of ameneties.
The area is convenient with essential facilities like grocery stores, hospitals and petrol pumps nearby. However, heavy traffic and a narrow main road make commuting challenging. While accessibility is a plus, congestion can be a downside for daily travel.
It's decent—not extraordinary, but peaceful and convenient, with everything close by. The only major downside is the traffic, which can be frustrating at times. However, in Bangalore, heavy traffic is quite common and something most people are used to
It's one of the prime localities in Bangalore, experiencing rapid growth. You can find almost everything you need here. The area is home to several tech parks and corporate offices, offering great job opportunities. Additionally, it's well-connected and located close to Outer Ring Road. Disadvantage: As of now, metro connectivity is not available.
The locality is really good for a low density dwelling. Has all the basic necessities, parking, swimming pool, cleanliness and a walkway wiht manicured plants and trees. Overall good enough for the cost of ownershiop and rent.
The Kasavanahalli - Hosa road area is a decent locality to be in. Good access to major tech parks on Sarjapur and ORR. The only caveat being the immense traffic conditions due to illogical local body's decisions such as long road dividers, narrow roads blocks with local auto stands etc.
If you are looking to stay away from sound pollution and less crowd, Sarjapur road is definitely a locality to live. Try to find a place a little inside from main road to avoid sound pollution and also traffic. Overall it's a growing locality with few limitations and problems but with time they will be solved.
Kasavanahalli feels safe, mainly because of the continuous movement of vehicles and residents along with families strolling around even late at night. Public transport is also good and affordable with local autos, and OLA, UBER are also easily available from here. There are a few small parks, but not many big green spaces. Schools, hospitals, and supermarkets are nearby.
kasavanahalli is close to my office. So i bypass the locality everyday on my daily commute. It seems to have a mix of gated socities and standalone buildings. The main road is a 2 lane road, which gets majorly congested during peak hours. Cleanliness also seems to be an issue along the main road. Road had major potholes earlier, now it seems to be repaired.
I've visited this locality multiple times as my friends used to live here. The roads were very bad earlier full of pot holes. But in past 1 year road conditions have drastically improved. The Kasavanahalli main road gets jam packed with traffic during peak hours as people commute to work.
Kasavanahalli is a good residential locality beside the Sarjapura Road. Metro station is far away. You will get bus as a public transport options. There are many flats and PGs available at reasonable prices. Shopping options are also there in the form of some outlets. No big mall is there within the area but you can get some within 3-6 km. It is a peaceful, green and safe area.
The locality has shared autos which hardly any other area in the city has so commuting fare is affordable here. Roads are not that clean in certain areas but overall, it's a good locality.

I live with my family in Kasavanahalli. The area has a balanced vibe but not too fast, not too slow. Plenty of schools, clinics, and groceries nearby. I’m happy we settled here.
Kasavanahalli is one of those under-the-radar spots that still gives decent ROI. With tech hubs nearby and upcoming infra, my unit hasn’t seen a single vacant month in two years.
The location is great for bachelors and young professionals. Kasavanahalli has good rentals, local food joints, and a relaxed vibe. It’s growing, but still not overly commercial like HSR.
