Dinnur has everything a working person needs. My kids' school is also nearby. It is a decent area and affordable. Water and power supply are stable. There is greenery around the streets.

My flat in Dinnur has been on rent for 6 years. Usually gets occupied fast, but tenants sometimes complain about garbage issues and drainage during monsoons. But the location is close to schools, clinics, and RT Nagar.

Dinnur is okay if you’re working in North Bangalore. Roads are narrow and can get jammed, especially near school timings. Local market has everything, veggies, chemists, etc. It is a basic area.

The rental income is steady and the porperty value is going up. I have always seen demand from tenants. The area is a bit crowded.

Commuting is easy from Dinnur. BMTC buses and shared autos are easily available. The area feels a bit old-school, but safe and settled. Lots of small eateries, bakeries and general stores nearby.
