It's a safe and well-connected area. I live in Tulip Resideny in Hutchins Road and love the access to metro and SMVT

Visited my relatives near Richards Town and though I liked the overall vibe, the area felt crammed and noisy due to traffic.

The area gives good rail and metro access. Rental demand is strong and vacancy rate is also low. But some buildings are quite old and redevelopment is required.

I live near Hutchins Road and it's a good area for professionals as tech parks are all nearby. I work in Indiranagar so commuting doesn't take much time unless you get stuck in traffic.

The area is peaceful and filled with greenery so owning a property here is nice. Pollution level is also less and the area is cleaner too. Hospitals and clinics are nearby, and daily needs are also within reach.
