Schools and small clinics are very close by which is handy. Water supply comes only for 2 hours in the morning though, so we have to store everything early.
Garbage is just left on the street corners sometimes and it smells bad by afternoon. The inner lane roads are completely packed with parked bikes too...
Daily market area stays busy so footfall for shop is good. Transporting stock is a pain because delivery autos get stuck in narrow lanes during peak hours.
Rents are decent here around 18k for 2BHK because of metro access. Main road is fine but drainage gets blocked whenever heavy rains happen in monsoon.
Street lights don't work properly in the inner cross roads near the bus stand. Feels a bit dark and unsafe after 9 PM if you are walking alone.
Everything needed for daily home stuff is available within walking distance. GT World Mall is also nearby for weekend shopping so overall place is manageable.

Magadi Road metro station is super close so going to work is sorted. But finding a place to park my car near the house is a huge headache daily... streets are just too narrow here.
