Chikkasandra is a calm and pocket-friendly area. You’ll find schools, clinics, shops, and BMTC buses easily, everything’s nearby. Metro isn’t too far, so travel’s manageable. Roads are a bit bumpy here and there, and not much for timepass or fancy places. But for regular, peaceful living, especially for families and students it’s a good.

t's a budget-friendly area, and eveyrthing is within reach. The only thing that I dislike here is the lack of nightlife.

It’s a peaceful locality and things are slowly improving. As for me it’s perfect for those looking to escape the city noise while staying connected enough to commute if needed.

The area has an old-Bangalore feel and the neighbors here are good. The noise here is quite minimal as well. My only concern is the lack of government attention as the roads and drainage still need work.

I’ve been staying here for over a year now and it’s peaceful, and affordableThe roads get waterlogged during heavy rains though,

I bought a small house here for rental income. While it doesn’t attract high-paying tenants yet, occupancy is consistent.
