Too muc dust lately. The pollution has increased a lot in the past year.

The area has grown a lot in past 5 years. Earlier, it was moslty factories, now you see apartments, schools and hospotals also. It is not too pretty but functional for sure.

Best location for business and officials, and school are very good in this area

Rented a 1BHK near the industrial estate and it gets loud during the day. Decent eateries and basic amenities. Nightlife? Zero.

Industrial zone with stable footfall. Not glamorous, but reliable. Commercial property might offer better returns than residential in this zone.

We live a few blocks away from the industrial stretch. It's functional but not pretty. Good markets, but too much noise and poor air.

Visited a friend working here. The streets are wide but dusty. Found a few good dhabas around. Feels rough but lively.

The area is very work-centric. You live here for convenience, not comfort. Public transport is available, but not always reliable.
