I chose Thirupalya because of how close it is to Electronic City Phase 2. My office is just a 10-minute drive, which is a huge relief. The locality is peaceful, and I like that it’s not as chaotic as other parts of Bangalore. The rent is still manageable compared to places like HSR or Koramangala. The problem lies in lack of public transport like metro. Also, there's minimal cafes and nightlife here.

We moved here for retirement. The air is cleaner, and the neighborhood is calm. There's no heavy commercial activity or traffic congestion. There are few parks or walking tracks. I miss the kind of amenities we had when we were living in JP Nagar.

Thirupalya is one of those micro-markets that’s quietly picking up value. It is near key areas like Chandapura and Electronic City but hasn’t become overpriced yet. Good for generating rental income.

It’s very peaceful for remote work. No unnecessary honking or constant noise. Also, there's decent broadband coverage. Airtel and ACT both work well here. It still lacks good cafés, coworking spaces, or creative hubs.

We built a house here a few years back. The community is friendly, mostly families and working professionals. There are no large hospitals or specialty clinics very close. For anything serious, we have to go to Narayana or St. John's which are a drive away.
