BOB Colony is not as noisy as the rest of JP Nagar. The metro station is about 10 mins away and buses are frequent too. I feel safe even when coming back late. There's a park close by where I go for walks.

BOB Colony is well connected. Roads are good and no flooding in rainy season. Temple, schools and clinic are all close by.

Not bad. The place is quiet, transport is okay, and basic shops are nearby. But honestly, I wish there were more restaurants or delivery options. Gets boring during weekends.

BOB Colony is well-maintained. The Green Line metro station is 15 minutes away. I see a lot of families moving in, which is great for appreciation.
