Nice locality but not the safest if you're living alone. The inner lanes are risky to walk on after 9 pm. Gated societies are better. Besides safety, it's a very good area and close to metro, parks, and big malls like Orion.

I like the quiet lanes and familiar neighbors. Walking is difficult due to uneven footpaths, but shops are all within reach

It’s still an emerging zone. I’ve seen new PGs and compact flats come up. Rental yields are modest but stable. The only challenge is irregular civic maintenance like the roads are patchy and drainage is bad
