The area is less with traffic, and the air feels cleaner. I can step out for a walk in the evening without dealing with constant honking. But if you’re someone who loves cafés, microbreweries, or late-night hangouts, Belur Nagasandra is not ideal. Nightlife is absent here.

Most offices are still far from this part of town. If not for the metro, the commute to Manyata Tech Park or Whitefield would be a nightmare. But some inner lanes have space issues as its congested and very narrow for parking

Being near NH-75 is great for people like me who travel frequently toward Peenya or Tumkur. The highway access is very convenient. But it still doesn't feel completely urban unlike places like Rajajinagar or Malleshwaram. There are still empty sites and lots of construction dust.

The area is not completely developed and feels very isolated. Although local cafes are there, finding a good place to dine is almost impossible unless you go to main Belllandur part.

Good investment for long-term purpose. I bought property here 5 years ago when prices were low. With the metro line and expansion of nearby industrial zones, the value has appreciated well.
