The area is not completely developed and feels very isolated. Although local cafes are there, finding a good place to dine is almost impossible unless you go to main Belllandur part.
Good investment for long-term purpose. I bought property here 5 years ago when prices were low. With the metro line and expansion of nearby industrial zones, the value has appreciated well.
