I have been staying here for over a year now, and totally love the convenience. Rental options are so much cheaper here than other parts of Bangalore. It also has metro access, good public transport, and so many fun things to do around. Love it

I stayed with my cousin here for a year. It's a good area. Plenty of eateries and cafes around. Felt safe to walk around even late at night.

Marketing my property is easy because there’s demand for lower rent independent houses near Jalahalli but I often deal with paperwork delays during registration due to legal formalities at BBMP. Still, a good affordable place for small families.

The monthly rent is low, but amenities are very basic. No club house, gym or pool, so if you’re expecting high‑end society life, that’s lacking. Water supply mostly from Bangalore corporation and sometimes minor borewell usage but no major outages. Overall ok for people seeking budget living

The area is good for resale value but there's limited new residential projects so mostly independent houses are dominant. Modern amenities are lacking which means lesser rental demand
