We’ve been renting in Amrita Nagar for 1.5 years. It's close to our offices in Bommanahalli. While water supply is regular, there's limited public transport and the internal roads need repair.

We live in a 2BHK in Amrita Nagar since 2014. The area is peaceful and primarily residential, with good access to Begur Road and Electronic City. But streets are narrow, and civic amenities like garbage pickup is irregular.

Living here is convenient. Supermarkets, medical stores, and small eateries are within a 1 km radius. However, the area still lacks large parks or recreational facilities for families.

I’ve been renting in Amrita Nagar for nearly a year. While the area is peaceful and rent is affordable, the infrastructure definitely needs improvement. Internal roads are poorly maintained, and there’s a lack of proper drainage, especially noticeable during rains. Public transport options are limited, so I rely mostly on autos or cabs. It's livable, but not ideal for long-term stay.

I invested in a compact flat here targeting working professionals. Though capital appreciation is slow, the rental demand is steady due to proximity to IT corridors like HSR Layout and Electronic City.
