Who is responsible for repairment for the leakage in the first floor?

It’s very hard to tell who is responsible for the leakage! All you can do is get it fixed by a plumber without getting into a tussle and heated conversation among your neighbours or your family members. Instead of paying for fixing the leakage alone, you can ask your neighbours/ family members to divide the amount equally. If the leakage is occurring in the common area then it should be maintained by the committee of your flat in case you pay a maintenance fee every month.
