2 and 3 BHK apartments spread across 2 buildings with 40 floors each. There will be 500 units in total
The property is spread across 3 areas of land and it is planned to dedicate 90% of the land to Central Park
Residents can enjoy about 180-degree views from east to west

They might enjoy great ventilation but their area is way too less compared to what other projects provide for their 3 BHKs. Sorry, but this is a big NO for me. The project is just in its initial stages so wait a few more years and then plan whether to invest here or not.
