The following are the problems I think you will face while transferring Khata:
When you visit the BBMP office to have your Khata transferred and you leave with a bogus Khata. This is a frequent issue seen during the Khata acquisition process.
Imagine you purchased homes, usually empty plots. And then you discover that the property is disputed and that it is impossible to obtain an A Khata, let alone a B Khata.
One problem is that when you purchase apartments in an apartment building and apply for a Khata, you are frequently required to do it in groups with other apartment owners. Disrespecting the property owners and postponing the completion of their papers are the only effects of this regulation.
